Data we process
Contact and company details submitted through access requests, account details for provisioned users, and operational records generated by use of the platform such as logins, screenings, alerts and report activity.
Purpose
Data is processed to assess access requests, provision and operate organisation accounts, deliver monitoring and reporting services, and maintain the audit records required of a compliance platform.
Retention
Operational and audit records are retained under our retention policy so historical compliance decisions remain reconstructable. Access request data is retained for the period necessary to evaluate and administer the request.
Your rights
Requests relating to access, correction or deletion of personal data can be submitted to instiX and will be handled in line with applicable data protection law and our regulatory record-keeping obligations.
